Vision & Mission
We envision a world where workplaces bring out the best in their people, though equitable, inclusive cultures that give every employee enough support and challenge to grow.
To that end, we work with forward-thinking companies to create more equitable workplaces where all employees, particularly those from marginalised groups, can thrive.
Our Team
Our facilitators have lived and worked around the world, with roles in organisations ranging from small startups and community groups to large corporations. To date, we’ve brought ally skills to hundreds of people in Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the UK, and the USA.
